In our breakfast room you have the possibility to have your self-made breakfast.
Our paid services: bike rental with delivery to the Villa, massage by prior arrangement and different programs, organised by us or extern tour guide.
Anna Villa Füred is located 300 meters from beaches, promenade, restaurants, coffee, ice cream parlor, climbing park, 200 meters from the train station Balatonfüred-Arács, bus stop Balatonfüred-Arács and shops (Aldi, Fresh bakery -Friss Pékség).
All our rooms have their own luxurious bathroom with hand and bath towels, shower gel, and hairdryer. For the comfort of our guests there is a FullHD flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, room safe, a first-class mattress and air conditioning.
There are countless restaurants, cafes and bars within a 5 minute walk of our villa: Borcs Restaurant, Dock Bistro, Waikiki Restaurant, Balaton Restaurant, Vitorlas Restaurant, Bagameri Ice Cream Parlor, Mauro Pizzeria.

For our guests we are happy to organize BBQ with wine tasting or in the wineries of the countryside. Hudák-Winery, Figula-Winery, Homola-Winery, Gyukli-Winery wine tasting, vineyard tour. With our sailboat “Alcina”, we organize excursions for small groups or couples around the Tihany Peninsula / Sajkodi Bay, as you will enjoy an unforgettable, romantic experience of watching the ever-wonderful sunset in our hands, with a glass of wine from Balaton or champagne.
Engagement, romantic celebration of anniversaries on our wonderful boat will surely be a lasting experience for everyone.
In spring and autumn, we also welcome team building teams (up to 40 people) even during the week! In this case, it is also possible to hire partner ships for team building sailing, but we can also help organize other group programs.

Terms of Use
General Informations
As our villa is an adult friendly accommodation, please note that Anna Villa Füred can only accommodate children over 12 years of age. If you ignore the age limit at the time of booking, Anna Villa Füred is not obliged to provide you with accommodation and you cannot claim any damages.
Extra, paid services:
-Extra Cleaning: 10 Euro
-towel change: 5 Euro \ piece
-Rent a Bicycle: 7-8 Euro\day
Guests staying in our house for more than 1 week will receive extra cleaning after day 6.
Our house is required to provide accommodation for the reservation / confirmation room and number of staff (persons). In case of overbooking on arrival, Anna Villa Füred can provide accommodation only on the basis of free capacity – in compliance with the operating license – against the daily room rate, against immediate billing.
Prices
On highlighted dates like: Easter, Pentecot, Christmas and New Year’s Eve highseasons price applies.
In main season the minimum booking period is 7 nights, please note this when booking.
For reservations of 1 night, a surcharge of 5 Euro / night / person applies.
We accept only pre-payment via bankvire or a cash payment.
Please note that booking is only accepted by email or directly at https://www.annavillafured.hu/?lang=en. Please confirm your reservation by transferring an advance payment of 50% of the total price to our account within 72 hours of booking. Until the advance payment is made, the rooms can be booked for others. The second part of the payment is required to be sent to our account at least30 days prior to arrival and we will kindly ask you for an email notification. Please pay the air condition fee and the Visitor Tax also in advance. Thank you very much.

Guests staying in our house for more than 1 week will receive extra cleaning after Day 6.
If you want to book a special room, we can provide you with a one-time fee of 20 Euro.
Our prices include VAT.
The tourist tax is not included in the rates shown, so please pay by referral or on the spot: rate in 2020 is 1.8 Euro / person / night.
Smoking
All rooms, terraces and public areas are non-smoking so our smoking guests can only smoke in the designated area – the designated garden area.
Parking and pets
Our house does not accept pets for hygiene reasons, thank you for your understanding!
In the yard of the villa there is no possibility to reserve internal parking places.
Check-in/ Check-out
Check-In after 14:00, Check-Out no later than 10:00 o’clock. In case of late departure -after 8pm we charge an additional fee of HUF 2,000 per hour.
Booking and payment terms
Please note that we installed cameras in the halls and exterior facades of Anna Villa Füred for your safety. If you book at Anna Villa Füred, you will automatically accept and acknowledge this safety measure that is in your best interest.
After booking, you will not be able to complain about the presence of the cameras, and will not be able to object to its presence afterwards.

The guarantee is available as follows:
Reservations must always be confirmed by 50% deposit transfer immediately after booking. If the reservation is not received within 72 hours, the reservation will be canceled.
Until the advance payment is made, the rooms can be reserved for others.
Cancellation policy
Please note that cancellation is only accepted by email or directly at www.annavillafured.hu/en.
Their accommodation can be canceled free of charge 31 days prior to arrival.
30-21 days prior to arrival we will charge 40% of the room rate.
20-11 days before arrival we will charge 75% of the accommodation fee.
If canceled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged.
House rule
- Check-In after 14:00, Check-Out no later than 10:00 o’clock. In case of late departure -after 8pm we charge an additional fee of HUF 2,000 per hour. The deposit is 50% of the total price of the accommodation. In all cases, the accommodation fee and the remaining amount of the IFA must be paid by bank transfer / postal check in 72 hours prior to the day of arrival.
Free services: air conditioning, bed linen, towels, closed parking, free WI-FI, private safe, hairdryer, shower gel, well-equipped kitchens, other services not included in the price.
Paid services: towel change: 2 euro\towel, extra cleaning fee: 5 euro\cleaning
– In the whole area of Anna Villa Füred, only those people who pay accommodation, are allowed to stay. Unauthorized stays are undesirable and not allowed. This can be checked through the camera system installed in the house and garden. If you would like to receive a visitor please report in advance. All unreported persons will be charged for accommodation.
– Please keep the doors of the rooms closed when leaving the house for the sake of the safety of all of us, also during your stay in the garden.
– the deposit is mandatory for everybody (HUF 10,000 per room) because if you loose the card or a remote control or make damage to the property, the amount for repare will be deducted from the deposit.
– For the selective waste collection in the house, we ask you to separate the paper, glass and plastic. You can put paper and plastic in a blue and yellow trash in the garden, flattened flat. It is forbidden to dump food into the black bin under any circumstances without a bag! Bags are found in the kitchen.
– The use of kitchens and garden grill is free for our guests. Please do not leave the barbecue unattended. Do not use glass / porcelain in the garden! Please only use plastics to prevent future accidents. We kindly ask everyone to clean the barbecue after use and take care of the cleanliness of the garden. The tools for cleaning will be available (paddle, brush, detergent). If you dont want to clean yourselves cleaning fee of HUF 5,000 is to pay.
The kitchens should also be kept clean, so other guests can enjoy making breakfast in a tidy kichen. Thank you for your understanding! Please do not play ball in the Garden.
– The sprinkler system and the garden faucet are not equipped for showering. Thank you for your understanding.
– Smoking is only allowed at the designated location (garden), NOT on the terrace.
– When you leave, always switch off the lights in your room and turn off the air conditioner when you are not at home. Save energy by protecting nature. Thank You!
– If you respect the peace of others, you will certainly be able to relax well.
